PEACE, LOVE & LIGHT is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a world that can feel loud, fast, and overwhelming.

In this nurturing workshop, Tanica will guide members through mindfulness-based and creative wellbeing practices designed to quiet mental noise, ease pressure on the nervous system, and support emotional and mental wellbeing.

Blending creative writing, reflective practice, and mindful techniques, this session offers a non-traditional and gentle approach to self-healing and personal growth. You’ll be encouraged to explore self-expression, build self-confidence, and discover supportive coping mechanisms through meaningful connection — both with yourself and others.

This is a space to:
 Reduce stress and mental overwhelm
 Reconnect with your authentic inner self
 Explore creativity as a tool for wellbeing
 Feel supported, grounded, and seen

No previous experience with mindfulness or creative writing is needed — just come as you are.

About the Host – Tanica
Tanica (Psalmist) is a storyteller and spoken-word artist who loves to talk about taboo and daring subjects. A conscious poet whose lyrical content is quite abstract and profound. She's an eminent molecule within the universe due to her positive vibes, spreading of love & truth seeking.

The People Hive is a community charity and hub based in Twickenham, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. Through a wide range of inclusive activities from dance, baking, and book clubs to pub nights, walks, workshops, and day trips. They create opportunities for skill-building, confidence, wellbeing, and genuine social connection.

Their welcoming hub also includes a gallery shop, showcasing and selling local arts and crafts to help fund their work while strengthening community awareness and involvement. Alongside this, The People Hive offers meaningful volunteering opportunities, bringing people together in support of inclusion, creativity, and belonging.
