Understanding the early signs could change someone’s life. Join this Inspired Women online workshop to support learning and the IW Fundraise
September is Dementia Awareness Month, and this thoughtful session will help you better understand the signs, realities and impact of dementia.
Led by trainer and educator Keith Sandle, this workshop explores the early warning signs of dementia and how greater awareness can help us support friends, family and our wider communities.
Keith is also involved with the Swaffham & District Mental Health Association, a charity supporting people living with mental health conditions including dementia and social isolation.
During this session we’ll explore:
• Early signs and symptoms of dementia
• How dementia can affect daily life
• When to seek support or medical advice
• Ways we can support those experiencing cognitive decline
• Practical awareness for families and communities
This is not a medical session, but an accessible, informative workshop designed to help people recognise signs earlier and understand how to respond with compassion and awareness.
It’s a subject that touches many lives — and knowledge really does make a difference.
