My Bio
I'm Paula Beattie, founder of Inspire Confidence Ltd, a confidence coaching and training company.
I have two grownup children, a husband and a dog.
I've spent 9 years working in the NHS helping frontline teams lead transformation projects, and way back I did a degree in Aeronautical engineering, so I've spent about 8 years working in aerospace factories and quite a few years as a self employed management consultant.
I love travelling, coaching people in confidence, creating unique training material, reading, interior design and baking.
